Job Summary:
Enhance the public image of the association and its educational institutions through digital channels, increase engagement with parents and the community, and promote the schools’, kindergartens’, and educational programs’ services using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  1. Supervise the management of the official accounts of the association and its educational institutions on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  2. Prepare weekly and monthly publishing plans that include content tailored to the target audience.
  3. Oversee the design of social media posts.
  4. Supervise the scheduling of posts and monitor follower engagement (likes, comments, shares, etc.).
  5. Track current trends and integrate them appropriately in line with the association’s mission and educational values.

2. Website Management:

  1. Regularly update the content of the association’s and schools’ websites (news, achievements, departments, registration info, etc.).
  2. Write professional content (services pages, vision and mission statements, FAQs).
  3. Apply basic SEO principles to increase website visibility in search results.

3. Digital Advertising Campaigns:

  1. Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns using Google Ads.
  2. Define the target audience and analyze campaign data.
  3. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for better results (e.g., more registrations, higher engagement).

4. Photography and Event Coverage:

  1. Coordinate coverage schedules for school events (activities, celebrations, exhibitions, etc.).
  2. Edit videos and prepare short clips for publishing.

5. Internal Coordination and Administrative Support:

  1. Collaborate with the Admissions and Registration Department to execute promotional campaigns during peak seasons.
  2. Support academic departments by designing promotional or informational materials as needed.
  3. Coordinate the printing and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, banners, posters, etc.).

6. Reporting and Continuous Improvement:

  1. Prepare monthly reports summarizing campaign results and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Propose ideas to improve the marketing plan in line with the association’s and its institutions' goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A university degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of practical experience in digital marketing or corporate media.
  • Experience in managing digital content and engagement on social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google and Meta advertising, and performance analysis using Google Analytics.
