Main Duties
The Senior Technical Support Specialist supports servers, network, firewall, and common office productivity and instructional software, and will be specialize as an infrastructure admin.
 
Responsible of
 

  • Effectively manage and troubleshoot the network.
  • Effectively manage the school access points and switches and troubleshoot any issue occurred.
  • Effectively manage the firewall and troubleshoot any issue occurred.
  • Effectively manage the servers and their contents.
  • Effectively manage the active directory and its features.
  • Manage CCTV systems.
  • Follow up on the escalated tickets raised to the services providers.
  • Respond to escalated tickets from other support staff to be solved.

Certificates

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related field
  • CCNA certified is preferable.
